1. Unboxing Video Mandatory
Customers must record a continuous unboxing video:

Shipping label visible

Product opening process

Clear product view

2. Proof for Replacement
Replacement will be approved only with:

Clear unboxing video

OR clear product photos showing the issue
3. Complaint Time Limit
Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Eligible Cases
Replacement is allowed only for:

Damaged products

Defective products

Wrong items
5. Not Eligible
Replacement will NOT be provided if:

No video proof

Product is used or washed

Damage caused by customer

“Did not like the product” reason
6. Responsibility
Seller’s mistake:
