1. Order Processing

Prepaid Orders:
All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD orders require a mandatory 30% advance payment for order confirmation.
Orders are processed and dispatched only after the advance payment is successfully received.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro / Major Cities: 4–7 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–10 working days

Remote / Non-Serviceable Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability

3. Shipping Charges

Paid Shipping:
Certain products may include shipping charges.
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly mentioned on the product page or displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Terms

COD is available with a mandatory 30% advance payment.

Orders will not be shipped without advance payment confirmation.

The remaining order value must be paid at the time of delivery.
5. Tracking Information

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email, as per the contact information provided by the customer.
6. Undelivered, Refused & Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt delivery up to two times.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Important for COD Orders

The advance amount paid for COD orders is non-refundable in the following cases:

Customer refuses the order at delivery.

Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

7. Serviceable Areas

LowPriceStore currently ships only within India to selected serviceable pin codes.
